Ciao everybody and welcome to what’s the move, the podcast about moving! Moving from one place to the next. Moving to a new apartment, to a new city, territory, continent or simply put, into a new space. Moving for…whatever reason. It can be kind of random, it can be out of choice, out of no choice or no better choice. It can be because of an exciting situation, or because of a sad situation. Or it can just be.
My name is Marikò and I have been moving quite a bit, so I think about moving and changing things a lot. I think about how moving affects us and I love having conversations about it and hearing other people’s perspectives. That’s why I thought to create this space and to reach out to other people who also have gone through different changes and moves and see what’s up with them. What’s their experience?
In each episode, I’ll be chatting with a different person about the process of moving and the beauties and challenges that come with it.
We are going to sip warm drinks, eat cookies and have conversations. We’ll be thinkinking about different experiences and see how each experience and each move is very unique, but also has a lot in common with other stories. Who knows, you might see a little bit of yourself in someone else’s story.
